Borough Market

As an addendum to local markets, I am in love with London’s Borough Market! Arriving at the market was a complete accident: I got off the tube stop, followed an amazing aroma in the air, went down some sketchy stairs, and low and behold, Borough Market right in front of me! Fresh breads and jams, unforgettable cherry plum tomatoes roasted over oak wood for eight hours, aged cheeses, mushroom pates, wines, but most importantly, SAMPLES SAMPLES SAMPLES.

I was more preoccupied with tasting things at the market, but here are some photos when I was able to get my hands off the food.

A huge vat of seafood paella!

These cheeses smelled incredible! One was even aged for 20 years!

I barely browsed through the market once, so I will definitely return. More pictures to come!
