The Pork Medallion Series: Pork Medallion With Apple Chutney
Apple Chutney Recipe
- coarsely chopped apples
- dried fruit like raisins, cranberries, or apricots
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- red wine or red wine vinegar
Combine all ingredients into a saucepan - pour enough wine to almost cover the fruit. Bring mixture to a boil; bring heat down and let simmer until soft.
